I enjoyed the adjectival variety. Minus the mistakes, this is a damn good first review.
Blackmilk, I would appreciate it were you to critique my first review.

Okay, I did some editing. Hopefully it's much better now.
Couldn't be more wrong. He's one of the best reviewers I know, and listens to
music from a huge variety of genres.
Forgive me for the first impression then. This Message Edited On 08.17.07

Good review. Word of advice though: don't bold the song titles. I used to do that but it's kinda fell out of favor on this site. Quotes around the song names is all you need.
I italicize my song and album titles and bold band names.
|
| |
That sounds a bit nicer then just using quotes.
|
| |
yeah, quotes make it look kind of unprofessional to me.

Vocals do not make an album. Especially a black metal album.

I agree, but to some people the vocals are what make or break an album.

Which does explain my partial dislove for thrash music.

Eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwww

The only real thrash I enjoy listening o is Testament. After that, the closest I'll get is melodeath/thrash.
|
| |
I like a lot of bands that have thrash elements (like The Absence and Bathory), but I can't stand much pure thrash.
|
| |
Have you even heard "pure thrash"?
|
| |
I don't know how 'pure' it is, but I am talking everything from the typical Slayer rip off bands to the likes of Kreator, Vio-lence, Exodus, Destruction, and Sodom. I rather liked Sodom but the others not so much.

That doesn't mean he's not an elitist.
