James and Rob should just move on without Lars and Kirk if they're basically useless at this point. I feel like they are the only ones that probably give a shit anymore. I know Lars would sue the entire world at the mere suggestion, but I feel like him and Kirk are really holding the band back at this point.
They should just steal Volbeats frontman as a their lead guitar player since they suck now, and steal some amazing drummer from a modern metal band like Megadeth did with Dirk from Soilwork and have a solid band again.
