I don't remember what this sounds like, but iirc the lead guitarist left the band during the songwriting for this one and came back for the next one

Overall its just a blend ugly sounding neo classical riffs mixed with alternative rock. Just a mess of an album, really weak songwriting, and the production is pretty awful. The vocalist somehow makes everything worse too. He really does sound tone deaf. His style is constantly clashing too. Like there are actually RHCP type vocals here.

I think they had a new keyboard player and they let him write most the of album. The previous main songwriter AJ minette left the band for a time.
