Man, what a disappointment. I was really looking forward to "The Omen King" as it was built up for
fans since early 2013, and all I can say is that this album has a lot of wasted potential. Half of
the songs on this albums are re-recordings of earlier material, and only two of the remaining five
tracks are actually worth listening. Now on its own, this isn't a terrible album. There are some
good tracks, and even the older tracks sound pretty well. However, they don't have that grittiness
that I loved about them in the first place, and one could argue that this album is way
overproduced for its own good. I hope on later albums, AMOF will be bring a little more to table.
