It's weird; you'd think the first of these 4-way splits with The World Is A Beautiful Place... on it would've been the better of them given that that one had Tigers Jaw, Self Defense Family, and Code Orange Kids. Yet, it's Sundae Bloody Sundae that takes the cake, as not only do TWIABP, Rozwell Kid, Kittyhawk, and Two Knights bring some great material to the table, the split is far more cohesive musically and conceptually. It may only be nine minutes, but damn if those nine minutes aren't an enjoyable nine indeed. You've got melancholy emo, slightly upbeat pop-punk, and really sentimental math rock that all fit together beautifully, as if the same band could've made each of them. Really good stuff.
