3.5 great | Erwann S. STAFF | April 26th 22 | The duo becomes a trio here, yet it's still Binker and Moses that dictate what's happening. Not that Max isn't doing anything, but his electronics work more as background-y textures rather than tempo-inducing or melody-leading instruments. Truth is, it works extremely well, as the OG members are at the top of their (great) game, and their twisted playing resonates even more thanks to the wide space given by Max. Edit: woah I didn't care that much about this with subsequent listens. Weird.

4.5 superb | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | March 18th 22 | Two heavyweights of modern nujazz (more so Moses Boyd, I'd say) make a jazz album with bassist Max Luthert so free-flowing and dense, you'd swear it was perfectly improvised.

4.5 superb | HelloJoe | March 2nd 22 | Transporting free jazz that couples Binker's saxophone with dramatic production while leaving plenty of punch for Moses' drums. It's simply awesome.
