Why am I the only person in the world aware that this band exists? Drawing upon the likes of Animal Collective, Panda Bear, and the Ruby Suns, Inverness uses a mix of live instrumentation and samples to create their breezy, beached out music with a vibe similar to that of Real Estate. Very good, unheard Brazilian group that makes this Midwestern boy daydream about summer sand when there's no more than snow. I guess this will just be my own little secret.
