Ebi was a Japanese punk band that first formed in 1988. They soon garnered recognition for their controversial lyrics
regardingpolitical issues andextreme nationalism, with the latter usually being tongue-in-cheek. After declining sales, Ebi
disbanded in1995, and some of the members went on toform Rebel Blue.
