Hellchild was an influential Japanese death/thrash metal band that formed in 1987. They are often regarded as one of the earliest and most iconic bands in the Japanese death metal universe. In 2001, after over a decade together, Hellchild disbanded. Some of the members went on to join bands like Swarrrm and Sigh.
