Antwan Hogans, better known as Young Twan, is an underground rapper from Milwaukee. By 2002, Young Twan had become a
local celebrity of sorts and an important figurehead for Milwaukee hip hop, although he disappeared from the scene by 2004. In
2008, he returned under the name of Young Tweezy and released "Mayor of Milwaukee", his first album overall release in six
years. Under the name of Young Tweezy, Hogans remains active today, and is considered one of the most groundbreaking
independent rappers in Milwaukee hip hop history.
