September Gave Us Awkwardness

Just a list of recent digs. Not all of them are from 2012 but those that are will most likely rend rrrup on my top 100 of 2012 list. This year has been pretty amazing for me so far and rthere's still rrrso much to be released. So I am very confident that october won't give us rnothing (^_^).
1 You And I
Saturday's Cab Ride Home

I'm surprised no one has actually rated this on here yet. It's some of the best emo violence I've ever heard. If you're
into that particular genre definitely listen to it.
2Coyote Clean Up
Frozen Solid

Very interesting electronic release. Super chill but at the same time kinda dancey if that word even exists.
3Mala
Mala In Cuba

One of two possible AOTYs so far. Still not a 100% sure whether my instant 5 is justified or not.
4Ten Thousand Leagues
Demo

Very promising screamo band. I hope they release some more soon.
5Disclosure
The Face

Took me quite a while to listen to this and I am glad I finally did. We all know how good this is, don't we?
6Kuedo
Severant

Also kinda late on this one and I feel like I still have to put much more time into it.
7Bloc Party
Four

Four.
8Utada Hikaru
Deep River

Ok, so I am a big k-Pop fan and I couldn't stand j-Pop at all. But Utada Hikaru does it somewhat different from all the
other j-Pop I've heard. I was caught in this for a whole week and just couldn't listen to anything else.
9Misser
Every Day I Tell Myself...

I'm anything but a fan of the pop punk genre but every year there are one or two albums I just enjoy. This is one of
them.
10Kode9 and the Spaceape

11June Paik
June Paik

German emo/screamo/hardcore is doing it for me lately. So I've searched for some older records and
found this. I had their 2008 LP already and knew that June Paik were good. They prove it once more
on here.
12The Hirsch Effekt
Holon: Anamnesis

Technically proficient screamo or maybe even progressive screamo or just post-hardcore or kinda post-progressive-avantgarde-
screamo/emo(violence)-core or just very good music.
13 Archive
With Us Until You're Dead

I like this sooooooo much more than Controlling Crowds.
14Kaydin
Project Berlin

German deep-electro/minimal producer. Dude knows how to produce some chill tunes but still has a long way to go. Playlist:

Rejex

This guy ...
16We Came Out Like Tigers
Agelessness And Lack

One of those post-hardcore bands that use a violin. I don't know a single one of those which sucks.
