NakedSnake 03.18.16	Cee Lo Green in 2011 I think. Poor performance, he kept complaining how unhappy he was with the audience. It was at a festival so not everyone was there for him (I wasn't ).

FearThyEvil 03.18.16	Been a couple Marilyn manson-didn't remember any lyrics, sounded terrible, and couldn't remember any of the times to sing either. It was a festival and I wasn't there to see him to begin with but at least give a shit man. Incubus-I'm not their biggest fan but man were they boring as fuck live. A Perfect Circle-I love these guys but that setlist had to be the worst thing ever. They were good live but played maybe five good songs and the rest were covers or remixes. Worst part is the show was 75 bucks for that shit.
Deathconscious 03.18.16	i dont think ive ever seen a performance that was actually bad. i suppose Deicide would be the worst ive ever seen. they played fine, but idk if it was the music or the crowd or what, but they were just really boring to watch.
trve 03.18.16	gotta be slayer played sloppy af and gave like 6 encores when 1/4 of the audience was gone already and i had to wait for a friend who was kinda lost in the moshpit, god that was boring
Mesm277 03.18.16	30 Seconds to Mars. Jared didn't sing half the time, expected the crowd to know the words. They didn't. This was at a festival and that's a bad move to make. Marilyn Manson. God awful. Seemed to do a costume change after every song, mumbled the words and kept dropping his mic after songs I also need to include Incubus. A 20 minute bongo solo in a festival set is not the one. Another one is the second time I saw Metallica. Definitely a see them once kinda thing, the set was just boring second time round, but amazing the first. Was odd. Definitely had a "been there done that" feeling throughout second time round.
wwf 03.18.16	Hed PE/ Dope was probably the saddest concert I've ever been to, barely anyone showed up. I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for my friend. The band that played before them was actually pretty funny but Hed PE was really boring and Dope barely even seemed like an actual band onstage. The singer was faking playing guitar and it was just the lamest thing I've ever seen. We ended up leaving after they covered Rebel Yell. Meg Myers wasn't good either, the crowd (which had showed up for AWOLNATION) hated her and her live show was also really inorganic. Their performance was fine I guess, it was just a really hostile environment and the crowd wasn't feeling it. AWOLNATION was fantastic live though, even though I hate their music besides Sail
Dylan620 03.18.16	Meat Loaf in 2010. The guy's voice was completely shot (he made "you took the words right out of my mouth" sound like "RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RA RAAAAAAA") and some of the jokes he cracked in between songs were embarrassingly bad (he felt compelled to inform the audience that he was "sexty-two" years old). My mom and I left halfway through. Fortunately I didn't pay for that crap (a friend gave me his tickets when he wasn't able to go).

GmemberKills 03.19.16	Atreyu at Taste of Chaos 2008. They sounded average as hell, cracked shitty cow bell jokes and at one point they made everyone in the crowd get on there knees and jump up at the same time. They wouldn't even continue playing until nearly everyone got on their knees and the singer kept complaining cause people didn't want to. It was dreadful.

SCREAM! 03.19.16	Dream Theater: Performance as boring as their music (was at a festival so I was only there cause there was nothing else going on at the time) Korpiklaani : Not the greatest setlist, poor interaction with the crowd (for a band like them that is supposed to be "fun" and doesn't have a whole lot going musically, being able to get the crowd going is crucial) and there were a few douchebags in the crowd ruining the experience for all around (not the band's fault but it still contributed to bringing the experience down even further)

Was short sleep one of the shows and actually had to have a friend hold me up as I was beginning to start falling asleep waiting for the good show with good music and an actual fucking stage presence to start.

Deathconscious 03.19.16	@scream thats not how i see it. i think artists should play the songs they feel like playing. i wouldnt expect them to play a song theyre sick to death of. besides, playing songs they dont want to play isnt going to make for a good show anyways, at that point theyre just going through the motions.
JigglyPDiddy 03.19.16	Worst live show...hmmm... Haven't had a bad experience yet since I haven't been to too many live sets. I saw Lamb of God in my early teens and it was great. Saw Cafe Tacvba around September and it ruled. And I also saw The Skatalites that day, another amazing show.
SCREAM! 03.19.16	@Adolf you've got a whole setlist you can build so you should be able to fit your biggest song(s) on there and throw in a few you're more interested in playing. This isn't like an album where you can do what you want and someone can choose to buy it or not based on the end result. People are buying this blindly and giving you their money with a certain expectation in mind and you should at least try and meet that and make it worth it for them

SCREAM! 03.19.16	In the context of a live show, they are to an extent. If you pay to see Morbid Angel, you're not paying to hear Illud Divinum in full and they know that and you'd have every right to be pissed if they decided they "felt" like playing it one night and fuck your experience.
Spec 03.19.16	We're not talking about performing a shit album in its entirety. On the rare occasion a band is playing an individual album when they have a massive catalogue, fans are usually informed beforehand. Like 10th year anniversary tours and such.
Deathconscious 03.19.16	and this is where i agree with you to a certain extent. its very obvious that people dont like Illud. if they played that the whole time it would be like slapping everyone in the face (but like spec said, bands usually let people know if theyre playing an album in its entirety beforehand). thats not really comparable to what im talking about. lets say Mastodon dont play some of their most popular songs that you were expecting to hear. it might be a little disappointing, but if youre actually a fan you'd probably know most of their other songs anyways (and if you dont then thats on you), so it wouldnt be a big deal to me. it would be a good time regardless. so yes, people are paying to see them put on a show, and they should try to make it a good one. but at the same time, i consider the feelings of the musicians, and i want them to play the material that theyre into. i think it makes for a better show when they give a shit about what theyre playing. i dont like seeing bands that treat it like a job.
brainmelter 03.19.16	Julian Casablanca last year, his like solo shit or something. It was at a festival. He put way too much distortion on his voice and he sounded just terrible. Band was pretty weak too. he was trying to talk to the crowd in between songs but nobody could understand him, so much cringe
Sevengill 03.19.16	Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Mohegan Sun, CT. Sound was terrible, seats required binoculars and O2, band droned on and on about some melodramatic, confusing Christmas thing. After an hour and a half they announced "and now for the second half of our show..." and most of the crowd headed for the exits.
Titan 03.19.16	Metallica with Godsmack, Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, NY about 10 years ago or so. The sound wasn't loud enough where you were able to talk to the person standing next to you without straining one bit or tapping them to get their attention. In addition, there were multiple instrument issues and the band was just off. Godsmack, yes, Godsmack, blew them away that night.
grannypantys 03.19.16	I've never seen a really bad performance but left early from both NIN and Menzinger shows. They both made the mistake of headlining over better bands.
Spec 03.19.16	Silverstein was pretty bad the last few times i've seen them too. And I've never seen them on purpose, they always just sort of appear on the card.

Storm In A Teacup 03.19.16	I know I've seen one or two bad concerts from notable bands but I think I've blocked out those memories. I will say the second time I saw Coheed and Cambria it was bad apples in crowd and security with Claudio playing peacekeeper after people wouldn't stop fighting and then dumb security thought it was an excuse to manhandle people which just pissed off Claudio even more. After the whole thing Travis is like...huh what happened? And Claudio is just beyond irritated. They haven't been back here since :-(

Storm In A Teacup 03.19.16	I will say Whitechapel is a band that impresses live even though I can't listen to them on cd at all. Live it's just a better sound with them and they tear shit down. Accidently seen them about 4 times or so just cuz they've opened for everyone or festivals.

In general, all these egomaniacs that try to command the crowd to act as they please are pitiful. Sometimes it ends in tragicomically situations, like Kanye West demanding people in wheelchairs to stand up.

Saw Andrew Jackson Jihad in LA because my friend loves them. They were awful. The drummer couldn't play his way out of a paper bag. I've seen high school talent show bands play tighter.
