Irving
06.14.11 | GAHvegas. Euphoric Heartbreak indeed. GRRRRR SO CLOSE. |
Psychopathologist
06.14.11 | your top 2 is awful |
FromDaHood
06.14.11 | Codes and Keys was that bad? |
Irving
06.14.11 | Yup this list could definitely do with a bit more expanse; I haven't heard anything TRULY awesome yet this year. |
Irving
06.14.11 | Yeah I really didn't like it for some reason, Hood. If anything, it was the album that finally revealed DCFC to me as the type of musicians they really are i.e just another indie band. |
FromDaHood
06.14.11 | So: not the kings of indie then? |
Irving
06.14.11 | Not in my opinion, no =( |
DoubtGin
06.14.11 | britney too low |
Deviant.
06.14.11 | Dude, your 2011 kinda blows |
Tyrael
06.14.11 | This list proves that there are a lot of things you still need to listen to Irving ;]
Oh and 2011 has been a very poor year so far. |
sifFlammable
06.14.11 | Not for me - there's been a handful of really excellent ambient-related releases in 2011 |
Tyrael
06.14.11 | True, but I still haven't found all that many excellent albums yet. I can't get into any of those albums that everyone seems to love like that Frank Turner album or that Manchesters Orchestra album, etc... |
Jethro42
06.14.11 | Beardfish - Mammoth
Phideaux - Snowtorch

pizzamachine

fsharptrit0ne
06.14.11 | Had no idea Green Day put out anything this year.
2011 has been an awesome year for music thus far ffs |
PistolPete
06.14.11 | was yanni's new album that good? I always felt he lost his touch after "Live at the Acropolis", possibly the best live album ever made. |

06.14.11 | "This list proves that there are a lot of things you still need to listen to Irving ;] Oh and 2011 has been a very poor year so far."
I had a little bit more faith in you than this |
AggravatedYeti
06.14.11 | damn irving looks like a slow 2011. |
Poet
06.14.11 | Yanni ftw |
Motiv3
06.14.11 | cant believe im saying this, but 2 is too high. |
Irving
06.14.11 | My 2011 definitely needs some work. The new Yanni was solid; the closing five or six tracks REALLY dragged, but the opening half was seriously solid. You should give it a go, pwalcher (IMHO). |
Aids
06.14.11 | cool list, but get Sit Resist by Laura Stevenson and The Cans. It's the best album released this year so far. |
Irving
06.14.11 | Will get on that ASAP, Aids. |

Maniac!
06.14.11 | list is pretty bad tbh |
Fugue
06.14.11 | Wouls second the new Manchester Orchestra, Wild Beasts and Arctic Monkeys albums. I would also add the new Bon Iver, Frank Turner, Thursday, Battles, The Strokes and Mogwai albums. |
