First impression: not bad, still have to listen to this repeatedly to get a clearer idea. It's quite exuberant, that's sure
| |
that's usually a given for a Fleshgod Apocalypse song, fuckin 300 BPMs and whatnot
| |
band sucks and this is no different
| |
nah
| |
King was above dece, this sounds of the same stock
| |
sounds like they're trying to be more like a death metal Dimmu instead of just punching me in the face with super fast power chords and blast beats over and over again, which is nice.
| |
Yeah they've changed their approach somewhat with the new lineup, with Folchitto's drums not as in-your-face as Paoli's were. Paoli's vocals aren't too different to Riccardi's though.
| |
Damn this rips hard.
| |
yeah, good track
| |
One of the best songs these guys ever released, rules hard.
Video of the year
| |
video is cool too indeed
| |
Lovely song, made me thing about the last Anaal Nathrakh album a little bit
| |
Average song for an average band.
| |
liked this more than i thought i would but im pretty sick of them always mixing the synths and drums so they drown out the guitars and re-using the same stop-start chugging section for variety in all their songs
| |
Video is very artsy metal, which works for these guys. Song was great. Hyped for the album
| |
This is probably the best song from them since Mafia. The exuberance of their new sound is very much present but they actually brought back some riff game. P sweet.
| |
nice to have some fleshgod appreciation on the site m/
| |
mafia is their peak
| |
i really don't understand the appeal of this band
| |
Are they related to Septicflesh?
| |
Yeah, this is boring, like all their other stuff.
| |
Boring song with guys prolapsing out their mouths. Metal.
| |
they basically became an italian dimmu borgir
| |
Don't think they will ever come out with an album as good as Agony again. This is decent though.
| |
In what way though? To me this feels in no way like a commercialization of their sound the way Dimmu has done it.
| |
And then I realized the song title is sugar...
wtf
| |
Song is awesome, loved King
| |
That band name is big luls but cool song
| |
sucks
| |
@Schmeuke fr listen to this right after hearing the Mafia ep and maybe you'll see where I'm coming from. Lineup changes & nuclear blast completely raped this band's sound.
| |
To me it's fine, I mean, they're still consistent, unlike modern Dimmu Borgir
| |
Haven't listened to them in years, are they still just a bad SepticFlesh?
| |
they never were
| |
worse than septicflesh yea
| |
lol no
| |
aside from the fact that their respective styles are really different, both bands pulled out great music throughout their career.
| |
At least Fleshgod doesn't do the Rammstein thing where they only shout the title of the song in every chorus. I love me some SepticFlesh but that annoys me to no end.
| |
Also, live it's more like sample-flesh. They sample most of the bass tracks to give the guy more time for his vocal duties, but he doesn't do a very good job hiding that fact. And why they give him more room for audience participation is beyond me, the guy has maybe 6 words of English in his vocabulary.... Yeah, I was a little dissapointed when I saw them.
| |
didn't know about the sampling of the bass tracks 0.0
| |
I enjoyed them live very much so idk
| |
Prob sucks because this band sucks.
| |
wow something hawks doesnt love. At least its this crap
| |
I don’t love a lot of things, this band is high up on the shit list though. They blow ahrd.
| |
yup this is hilariously bad
