10 years too late
| |
I don’t mind this. It’s basically “Warpaint does After Laughter”
| |
this is sick, hard metric vibes
| |
mmmeeeueuuuuhh... KEVIN!
| |
this is no good.
| |
It's...okay? It's really hard for me to get used to Hayley's voice being so...subtle. But it kinda works here. Decent/5
| |
this fuckin rules
| |
Will reserve judgement till the album comes out.
| |
Yeah this is v good I'm excited
| |
Wasn't Hayley the only original member of Paramore for awhile anyway?
| |
ohhh she said the f word
| |
this song grew on me after the 3rd or 4th listen
| |
kinda rips off recent kimbra but aite
| |
Oh my that was awesome
| |
cool to see how her voice sounds after 10 years
song was whatever though, will end up on some teen drama show
| |
backeddddddddddd
| |
“will end up on some teen drama show”
Yeah the whole running in the woods thing was reminding me a bit too much of Twilight....
| |
It's so good
| |
This is so much better than any Paramore song
| |
“This is so much better than any Paramore song”
How dare you shit on Part II like this
| |
”We are beyond proud of Hayley for stepping out on her own and making her own art. Please support our bad ass singer as she takes on the world on her own for a little bit! petalsforarmor.com”
Hayley is probably the one who wrote this on the band's Facebook.
| |
Excited to listen to this after work
| |
good pop on here the song
| |
she sounds good but the song is pretty annoying
| |
Okay song...
| |
Can't stop listening to it
| |
"this is sick, hard metric vibes"
Was my first thought too
| |
Best part about this is the promise of a nice Metric-like album.
| |
Pretty bland imo
| |
The "fucker" seemed forced and kind of cringey to me.
| |
ok granddad
| |
haha good one gramps
| |
first lana now hayley, when will these uncouth whores learn that only i the big masculine man may utter such language
| |
and a handful of recessive milquetoasts explode in their spiderman pajamas.
| |
She over 30 now she allowed the swearsies mum said so
| |
It’s alright, chorus slightly annoying. 3.5/5
| |
Curious on the musical direction of her going solo. Would have thought that the 80s sound of After Laughter would have been the sound that fit her best being a solo artist, but this is definitely different in a good way imo
| |
“Would have thought that the 80s sound of After Laughter would have been the sound that fit her best being a solo artist”
Nah she’d straight up be Taylor Swift 1989-ing it if that were the case, very grateful she avoided it tbh
| |
Already better than anything in After Laughter.
mmmmmm Kevin! [2]
| |
she's about 10 years too late with this
| |
song rules tho so worth the wait
| |
meh
| |
"I don’t mind this. It’s basically “Warpaint does After Laughter”"
Something makes me think this is still kind of different from that, but if this is accurate, I'm madly stoked to check this out.
| |
Paranomore
| |
I hate to break it to you but Paramore has been The Hayley Williams show since Brand New Eyes💁🏻♀️
| |
it's ok but not great, i wouldnt recommend anyone go out of their way to listen
| |
"I hate to break it to you but Paramore has been The Hayley Williams show since Brand New Eyes"
why should it be any other way?
| |
this is nice
| |
Interested in seeing how an entire album like this would play out. I wasn't entirely impressed with the After Laughter singles, but that became one of my favorite Paramore albums. Could see a similar thing happening here, seems like she's not content to churn out the same music and that's a good thing.
| |
I thought I would hate this but it's not bad.
| |
I'm so ready for a full solo album.
| |
Hm. I like it, I just feel like she's trying pretty desperately to seem all dark and moody now. I know that After Laughter had some pretty downer lyrics, but this feels a bit unnatural.
| |
This song is great.
| |
this is a copy of french singer Christine and the queens
| |
in absolutely what way
| |
Hayley is music royalty agreed
| |
This song is great. With the exception of touring drummer Miles McPherson, Hayley is/was the only bright spot of Paramore.
| |
pretty fuckin great tbh
| |
This and the new track kinda sounds like A Fine Frenzy meets Radiohead. But I've found each track a little boring, and I'd rather listen to either of the above.
| |
I like the new one a bit better than this
| |
2 for 2 so far new one is fucking fantastic
| |
spec listen to it again homie, I thought the same on first listen but on second listen it clicked, and you're my taste twin so you will like it too!
| |
2nd single was pretty fuckin mid
| |
New ones great too yeah holy hell
| |
I like Hayley’s voice, but found both slightly boring
| |
idk I think i'm so over Hayley/Paramore in general.
