the most ball-less, limp-wrist, limp-dick, low simmer music on the planet
returns
| |
Well, my ball-less, limp-wrist, limp-dick self liked this.
| |
innocuous metal... yay
| |
I really like these guys up until The Congregation, but everything after that doesn't grab me
Talented for sure, but this feels kinda tepid
| |
love this, Leprous can do no wrong
| |
Absolutely lovely
| |
I'm definitely here for this
| |
Sweet little songs right here
| |
tastepolice should tastepolice himself
| |
This is sweet, great vocal performance
| |
harmless but still pleasant, hopefully whatever comes next doesn't play the same notes as Pitfalls too strongly
| |
Don't worry, they'll play even fewer notes :P
| |
Baard is such a fun drummer to watch.
| |
they'll play the notes that jazz musicians don't play
| |
I thought this was good. It's not up there with their best, but I like the general direction they're going in so far.
| |
It's pretty
| |
I love their metal albums, but the last ones are just not for me.. they changed and that's all right, it's simply not music for me anymore
| |
Great ballad that doesn't over stay it's welcome. Hopefully next album is a bit harder though.
| |
Idk, their trajectory is showing that it may be the softest yet. This is quality... it's just taking some time for me to shift my perspective of them. I appreciate the challenge though.
| |
they could literally record themselves shitting their pants for 45 minutes and i would still probably 3.5 it.
| |
freaking amazing
| |
vocal performance is amazing tho
| |
For essentially recording this song in one take after a brief writing session, I'm going to go ahead and say I'm stoked as fuck with anything these dudes will do.
| |
Having now heard it in head phones, the pay off at the end is worth price of entry alone. While not my favorite song of theirs it's pretty dang good.
| |
what price of entry
| |
Not Leprous of old, but definitely a nice song.
Looking forward to the album
| |
Composition and performances are phenomenal. These guys can basically do no wrong.
| |
@Flugmorph On a live show probably
| |
what's a live show
| |
What is life

Covid don't hurt me
Don't hurt me
No more
| |
perfect

Leprous have just gone up and up in my rankings with that gorgeous last disc. Live also amazing band and Baard is a b e a s t. Also godlike tier voice range now, this song is absolutely impressive how high he reaches. so improved compared to the first disc is absurd.

| |
“ the most ball-less, limp-wrist, limp-dick, low simmer music on the planet

How’s that hyper masculinity complex working out for you? Chuck would be proud
| |
I love his falsetto too, but really, idc about range. He has a great tone across his range and THAT'S why it's so nice to listen to his singing
| |
Getting big Anathema vibes from that main acousticriff, especially with the piano.
I dig this a lot
| |
Really good song. I'll never get tired of Baard's drumming.
| |
This one has grown on me a lot this week.
| |
this is just as blissful as the best songs on their last album were
absolutely phenomenal
