Sallow Moth Comes to an End 2022-01-07 by Brandon Scott EMERITUS | 9 Comments | Fulfilling all he wanted with the project, Garry Brents (Cara Neir, Gonemage, Homeskin, etc…) has decided end his progressive death metal entity, Sallow Moth. To commemorate the band’s demise, he’s released the farewell EP, Failure to Find, an endeavor written and recorded between January 4th and 5th, and sung entirely in the self-contained Mothfolk language he curated for the project.

Big bummer
| | | Wasn't a super huge fan of the music but I fully appreciated all of the built-in magic the gathering references
| | | That’s fair! And yeah, I also love the Magic lore as wellz
| | | That’s a shame. I really dig the world death meet moth vibes going on here.
| | | oh, I liked The Larval Hope but seem to have bypassed Stasis Cocoon. Will try and catch up. Shame.
| | | Good shit
| | | Absolute bummer. Stasis Cocoon was bloody excellent. Still, this almost certainly won't be the last we hear from him.
| | | I already know of at least 4-5 albums he will be releasing this year alone and I know he has a few planned out for 2023 already
| | | bummer, I like Sallow Moth a lot better than his other projects
