3.0 good | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | April 23rd 24 | Cloud Nothings have found a comfortable spot for themselves that strikes to no surprise but cannot really upset or leave a bad aftertaste. It is all quite generic in comparison with the rowdy, forward-thinking work they've put out before, but is also so par for the course within their current post-2014 catalogue. I am glad they are finding success and loyal fanbase in what they are obviously most relaxed in, but I wish for more dissonance and blister that defined their earlier work.

3.5 great | Erwann S. STAFF | April 19th 24 | Cloud Nothings come back with another power pop emo record that takes some time to fully discharge its hooks and melodies - when it does in the second half, it bangs.

3.5 great | Andersn | April 19th 24 | The crispy guitar sound. More positive vibe in general. But the 4 singles are the strongest songs. Overall album is a bit boring. I expected more
