I mean, she's just essentialized the 6.5/10 white american girl in mid 20s. I've dated and once nearly married a few of taylors (minus the actual accomplishments). I think her music, just like those women, offers both quite a bit and a little at the same time. And if you're especially (un)lucky, the breakup trauma factory will be on like in all her albums – even when she's happy with the nfl guy, it's all about manufactured romantic edge, because she's just got nothing else to say.
