Well, it may not be your best but it's still better than the other one for sure.
I don't dish out 4.5's on first listens too often, and although the joke songs definitely contributed to the 4, I can't see why it can't go up in time.

Yeah, this was a solid album. Burnt Flowers Fallen, My Girlfriend's Girlfriend and Cinnamon Girl hit the spot.

Im not a fan of their discog as a whole, outside from this album and Bloody Kisses, I think they are average at best.
However, they struck gold on this. Have you listened to this album? The melodies are fucking out of this world.

not really. I listened to most of "Bloody Kisses" a while back and absolutely hated it. Hated it.

This is definitely their best album by far. It's actually one of my top ten favorite albums ever. I actually feel something from this album. It is haunting and beautiful and makes me think of the Fall and Winter. Love you to Death, Red Water, Wolf Moon, and Green Man are my favorites.
