Best New Music is just a formula. I think you need 3+ staff ratings averaging higher than a 3.75 or something, but I don't recall the actual number. The reason it doesn't show until a review is uploaded is because it needs a summary to display for the front page. So basically, this was already BNM, but then it showed up on the front page because you reviewed it.

wow, this is really great. It succeeds for me where other "similar" bands fail to keep my interest. It takes that CoL sound and does so much more which I find really engaging. Gonna check your review soon dude, but had to give this a spin first based on the excellent singles I heard up until this point.
