I'd say it is, it's one of my favorite hip hop records ever. there's a few tracks on Never Better that just didn't do it for me, but every song on this one is straight up sex.

Go to youtube or something and check out P.O.S. Is Ruining My Life, Stand Up (Let's Get Murdered), A Teddy Bear and a Tazer and maybe Paul Kersey vs. Jack Kimble if you're looking for some tracks to check out. Or just d/l it. But I generally try to support the artists I like that are smaller or more indie by purchasing their records.

thanks man, I credit this album for getting back into hip hop about 4 years ago. I was stuck in a metal/punk/hardcore phase and this pulled me out of it. kinda.

hell yeah, I still think that might be his best song ever. It's pretty impressive that he's like a one man show on most of this album -- singing, rapping, screaming, playing every instrument (well, he programmed the drums but whatever) and making about 75% of the beats.

is your avatar from Syphon Filter?

ah damn, too new-school for me haha. The last system I had was a PS1 that I got in 1997. I played the shit out of that thing though. Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania SotN, Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 2... shit was bomb. I actually just watched Advent Children last night, as I am a huge nerd.

but yeah, P.O.S. rules. He's supposed to be in the studio soon too.

What age are you? Just wondering. All those games rule, especially MGS, probably my favorite game ever.
This is actually the only P.O.S. album i've heard, going to download Never Better later on though.

word, Never Better's great, but it's actually my least favorite of his. I prefer Ipecac Neat, a little less polished, but also a little less unique than his other two.

I'm almost 25, one of the resident old men here at Sputnik. I generally find it's easy to spot those of us over 21-22 based on music taste, but not always. I was assuming you were around the same age, but again, it's the internet so who knows.
