Oddly enough, I found Carly's voice to be more similar to Christina Scabbia's voice than to Amy Lee's voice. I like Carly's voice, but it's evident in quite a few songs (especially Bury Me Alive) that she's straining to sing deeply.
I never found Evanescence's music to be glimmering masterpieces themselves, so I don't rank WATF's music much lower than theirs.
Oh, and I freaking LOVE Red! I'm glad you mentioned them in your review!
