This is definitely a step in the right direction but some moments come off as a little awkward in comparison to the near perfect, but sometimes too technical mongrel. Especially 'glory kingdom'... just wasn't feeling that one at all. Overall though it's still miles ahead of alot of bands in the genre.

Got the vinyl of this when I saw them play their first ever live UK show last night.

They're cool guys and even though they only performed with one vocalist and one guitarist, they were absolutely phenomenal. Real tight and great stage presence.

I like this album a lot but I'm torn between Mongrel and Nuclear.Sad.Nuclear as my fave.

I think this album is better than Mongrel, doesn't have any easily forgettable parts. Grandfather owns every song on this album, though.

If They Holler, Don't Let Go is definitely one of the best songs of the year.

I haven't listened to this album enough recently. Easily in my top 5 for '09.

This is my first comment yay

WTA is #12's best album easily. Nuclear and theri earlier stuff is great, but I liked the direction they started going with Mongrel, even though it failed expectations.

As an experimental metal album, WTA pulls off a lot of stuff, it gets better every time I hear it.

The "latin dance" part... really...

That's called bossa nova (AKA jazz fusion).

I haven't listen to anything by them pre-Mongrel, and I don't think I'll, but Mongrel and Worse Than Alone is more than what I need.

Even though I'm started listening to them like a substitute for The Fall Of Troy, I really don't give a crap about FOT after In The Unlikely Event; Dillinger and Number Twelve are my favorite mathcore bands.

This is a definitely a step up from Mongrel. All the fuck ups are gone and the production on the vocals is actually good.
Also, Glory Kingdom is one of the best songs to mosh to ever.

I AM A MAN, WHO BATHES IN TIGERS' BLOOD
I AM A MAN, WITH DAGGERS IN MY SMILES.

Glory Kingdom is way more badass than I thought, I was too caught up in who knows what, but fuck that track slays.
