Great review. I agree that there is potential to improve. AOJB will always be one of their all time best. Disarm The Descent is better than As Daylight Dies but only just. I think we'll all know if there is a future of ksE by their next album and here's hoping Jesse and the band will be able to create a new record with the same strength that AOJB has.

I still love how Proggy never fully explains his rating beyond the "generic" argument. Just continues to prove my theory.

"the question everyone should be asking is: is there a song on here that sounds close to Temple From the Within? if not so then I'm not interested."

i share this sentiment

I thought this was the band where all of the songs sounded identical

The Hell In Me is my favorite on the album! It brings back that aggressive style and Jesse's vocals are awesome!

I gave it a listen, seems like a 3-3.5.

The moments at 0:37 and 1:54 in The Hell In Me totally save the song.

This album gets a bit better with repeated listens.

This is so uninspired, but I still like it and I have no idea why.

Dev it's the mad riffs. Listen to this album in a good mood, and it will put you in a better mood.

As Daylight Dies ruled, the one before this sucked, this seems like a step back in the right direction.

I'll be honest and say that Killswitch Engage II was one of my favorites by them for a while. Even

though the structure is a bit predictable, Howard really drives the music well, and the guitar is of

course great as always. As Daylight Dies was my first from them and it still rules.

It was ok, but ADD blew it out of the water, but this is ok, might grow on me.
