I have that problem from Polyphia more than anything, but I listen to Red Miso from this release or The Brain Dance and I simply can't draw comparisons. Nothing sounds like they put their collective souls into their music like this band can do. Don't even get me started on To Lead You To An Overwhelming Question.

Saw these guys monday. I'm several years past being dazzled by their stuff, but it was cool seeing these wildly great players in person. Tosin was a big inspiration for me even picking up guitar in the first place. Thomas Erak and Omar Rodiguez Lopez too.
Anyways, CAFO was the encore and that was pretty awesome.

Tosin's guitar leads are really quite something and an amazing tone, yes it's quite clinical djent but theres a fantastic lushness permeating throughout too

idk I dig something from every one of their albums.
I wish they'd do a straight up deathcore album.
this genre needs a shakeup.
