Re-listening to "New Energy" after some years, and it is indeed much more lively (and somewhat better) than this. If "Three" is for yoga (sorry Pika, not trolling, really!), "New Energy" is for aerobics.

some of his best work in years, reminds me of Caribou's latest string of releases, but with the characteristic groove that Kieran seems to slip into this time of year. breezy, complete, almost BIBIO-esque at times in its presentation (the ambient stuff here is god-tier) so far this is my aoty, at least until that new Team Sleep comes out

wow, this was the perfect thing to listen to while i'm still waking up at work. a nice quiet office, a cup of coffee, partly cloudy morning light coming in thru the window next to me, and these lovely sounds in my headphones.. mmmmmm. i should listen to music like this every morning, really helps put me in a better mood
