A lot of instrumental albums stray too far,technicality over emotion,speed over soul. However, after listening to this album several times i am quite convinced that Christian Muenzner has found the perfect blend and recipe to mix and utilize all those musical elements. Christian Muenzner, has not only proved his virtuosity on this record, but also his songwriting skills, which are mind blowing and far better than found in most shred music. Christian is not just a guitarist,musician,and songwriter, but a composer as well. The compositions are amazingly complex and obviously, very heartfelt as well. Christian Muenzer deserves so much credit for this record. Say hello to the new Beethoven. Greet the new Albinoni, because Christian Muenzner has come up with something creatively new,innovative, and spectacular!
