High 9 out of 10: I feel like I can't give this a 10 because it's only two songs and comes out to only 25 minutes, but at the same time this is really amazing. Mono is incredibly beautiful as always, but The Ocean completely steals the show with "The Quiet Observer", which is certainly a contender for my "Song of the Year", if it hasn't already taken that title already. Basically, if you're a fan of post rock and post metal and you don't give this thing a listen, you are completely missing out on probably the strongest EP this year.
