A bit overblown and piddling, Neggy has a few fantastic and tracks ("Dont Worry Bout the Fuck I'm Doin" and "You Only Hate The Ones You Love" in particular) sprinkled in between a sea of mostly filler. The productive effort is somewhat disjointed with a few songs like the ones I mentioned above just sounding way cleaner than others. Cut a couple tracks out and this is a 4 or 4.5 easily.
