3.4 great | manosg EMERITUS | May 20th 17 | Morass of Molasses' brand of stoner rock includes influences from blues rock, desert rock and sludge. When these guys are in the zone like on "Wrath of the Aphrodite", they're almost irresistible as they have a knack for creating groovy fuzzy riffs. However, this is not the case for the entire album which is what makes it a somewhat inconsistent experience. However, if they build on their strengths, they might release something special in the future.
