4.5 superb | dakotadsmith | May 25th 22 | "I call it 'simple music for complex emotions'. The world is a hectic place right now and I
feel a deep urge to reconnect on a basic human level with people in general. Music as our
universal language has the power to unite."
This album was a real journey, beginning with the simplistic progressions, it's a powerfully
raw delve into the psyche. You should watch the music video for this (titled 'Prehension. A
Film.') it's so haunting yet beautiful
Kawakaari is, undoubtedly, my favorite piece from the album. How the drastically chaotic
progressions climb upwards, clambering towards something unknown - before coming tumbling
down in a perfectly synchronous wave is truly mesmerizing.
