Review Summary: Wonderfully Insane

Another Verb Adjective Noun underground deathcore band with 16 songs and claiming to be "different" than the others girls.
Sounds wonderful right?

Actually, it was.

Imagine if IWrestledaBearOnce, made Odyssey to the West, touched with tints "of kinda like Born of Osiris but actually closer to Betraying the Martyrs type synth", a bit of Acrania style "breeee", MeWithoutYou spoken word passages, Despised Icon styles of switching between 2 different languages, The Last Ten Seconds of Life "I really don’t like you", type aggression and Traitors style breakdowns. Oh, and throw some piano lines in there, why not. And hey while we're at it throw some pitch modification in there.

Couple this with a singer that sounds like a combination of Tyler Shelton/CJ McCreery that often pulls Emmure style “rapping but not really rapping in front of a guitar line”. And is also a raging German.

"Well that sounds like a ***in’ mess" you may think.

And well that's entirely true, and that's what makes this album so fun to listen to. Its not another generic underground dxc band trying to see how long they can breeee or have the heaviest chug chug chug sound possible. They bring in different elements in each and every song that despite its literal randomness, in different sounds and patterns, it still makes for an enjoyable listenable experience. The same way bands like Rings of Saturn or IWABO keeps you on your toes, not knowing what the *** is gonna happen next, what wacky tone of sound their going to bring into the breakdown or chorus. Ego Proxy and Mass Effect are perfect examples of them driving their tone off of pure insanity and stupid randomness. Yet they manage to keep a song structure with a direction, just an unpredictable unclear direction.
And they do this for 16 songs.
One of the songs is a purely German spoken rap song titled Charlie Chaplin, like who the *** expects that?
What's the ***ing purpose of the song? I have no clue.
Do I know what the hell this man is saying? No.
Is it some of the most fun I’ve ever had in Deathcore? Yes.

I know this isn't the most mature writing but I had fun with it.

Also the question marks showing up as quotations is really grinding my gears.

Anyways feedback always appreciated.
