0.0 | Red D | November 18th 20 | The EP milks the smooth sax over trap beats cow for more gold while also dipping toes in more murky waters to see what happens. Masego had to adjust to life at home coming back from touring the world and lacking the crucial travel that inspires a lot of his music; but he found a way to make it work mostly, still grabbing influences near and far in this short 6 track project. He?s is clearly not risk averse when it comes to expanding his sound and his signature sax into new territory - which can give great moments like Silver Tongue Devil and Mystery Lady - but also less convincing ones with Bye Felicia.
