Based on all the advertising leading up to this two-song release, I figured it would be shit... it's not. It's definitely not the same Within Temptation that did Mother Earth or even The Silent Force. This is super catchy Radio Metal, but it's actually pretty good.

The band continues in the same vein as the last album, very catchy but the instrumental one is just boring

"The Purge" is perhaps the best song Within Temptation did in the past 10 years, but it's still only cheesy radio pop metal. It's ok to listen to it one or two times, but that's it.
