Not quite on par with "I Don't Want It Darker", The Damaged Organ is an uneven sophomore record. Not quite following in its predecessor's footsteps, it features more singing, more linear song structures and more pop than space rock influences. rThe resulting 11 tracks are not always quite as captivating and catchy as we'd expected.
