Most of Phyllomedusa's catalogue that I've heard falls somewhere under the goregrind/gorenoise banner, but here he was aptly translates his skill for lurching grooves and headache-inducing (in the best way) grind passages into some seriously gnarly raw black metal. Rips.

Your favourite slurp-metal based on frogs and such. What a weird, off-putting thing that is quite difficult to sit through. But gimmick be damned, at least they really try to give it variety and emotion many of their contemporaries lack.
