I have always loved Machinedrum?s style of drum and bass and rapping, however the band definitely is starting to incorporate a much broader style of EDM into their music over time. ?3FOR82? is definitely a larger EDM project than a drum and bass project, and in some ways that is a lot of fun, but in others it?s kind of awkward.

Amidst a backdrop of oddly mediocre drum and bass revivals pacifying a generation of ADHD teens on social media, Machinedrum's new record is a good reminder of how cool the genre can sound when it's executed artfully.
