An interesting slab of Swedish traditional metal which is equally influenced by NWOBHM and late '60s/'70s hard rock as expressed by Led Zeppelin. The emphasis here is on creating an epic rather than occult atmosphere which was prevalent on a few NWOBHM albums. In addition, the music is riff-driven and kinda reminds me of early-Riot, which is always a good thing. All in all, an enjoyable underground metal album.
