When it comes to futurepop, you either have it or you don't. Unfortunately, Shadow-Minds is really nothing more than a VNV Nation clone with worse music. Vocally, the two are almost identical except that the singer from Minds really does not change his act in any song. Musically, The Arc of Truth is as average as it gets; weak percussion with very few memorable moments. The entire album is made worse because of how damn long it is. With 14 tracks (13 of which are either close to 4 minutes or much higher) it's like adding insult to injury.
