1.5 very poor | IAmKickass | July 27th 11 | Burn Lexington isn't absolutely terrible, despite the harsh rating. They're one of those groups that could actually do some sound modifications and be noticeable within their fitting genre. Not that the bad production makes them sound weak, but mostly everything the group does is completely expected of them. The "synthcore" sound they represent just feels unfitting anymore, like the band is stuck in the past sporting a sound that doesn't work unless pushed, and pushed well. In the Heart of the Sea is a rough start, but overcoming this is possible.
