With their follow-up album II, Aerolith stay true to their version of space-rock with post-rock influences. Despite the omnipresent melancholy, there is a massive positive energy present in the songs that invites the listener to beam into a better world somewhere out there in space. Moreover, a somewhat more complex song-writing compared to their debut displays a musical maturation. Fans of Monkey3 should definitely check this album out.
