Alex Wiley is the first artist to join the Closed Sessions label. The Hyde Park native first appeared on the Closed Sessions Vol. 2
record, “Game Face” with Scheme and Thelonious Martin. Noticing his talents immediately, Closed Sessions signed the young
emcee and began work on his official debut, ClubWiley, which was released June 4, 2013. Club Wiley was widely celebrated as
an excellent debut mixtape, receiving praise from outlets such as The Chicago Reader, Nahright, OnSmash, HypeTrak, Complex,
and ending up on FakeShoreDrive’s list of the best Chicago Mixtapes of 2013. Club Wiley is available for free download, and
features Freddie Gibbs, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, The Hood Internet, and more.
