Aphotic Discord were one of the most unique bands to come close to falling under the "deathcore" genre umbrella. There's too much going on to
call them just "deathcore" though, thus they shall be referred to as "technical deathcore-ish metal". Band featured Thomas Geschardt and
Strat Johnson of Dionaea, and were absolutely mind blowing live. Their very first and only music video, for the first track on their 2008 Demo
(Consider The Following), was filmed and directed by Sputnik's very own publicastration.
