Baiser were a visual kei band from Japan. It formed in 1991 by guitarists Hiderou and Akane, bassist Haiji, vocalist Yukari, and
drummer Gaz. In 1996, everyone in the band (with the exception of Yukari) left and Yukari decided to restart the group with
new members. Baiser officially restarted activities with a brand new lineup in 1997. This was the same lineup until they split
officially shortly after New Years of 2001. The drummer of the second age of Baiser, Shaisuke, died shortly after their breakup,
with the reason of his death being unknown to the public eye. Yukari is still active in the underground visual scene, and well as
the majority of the band members.
