Bamboo were a successful Filipino indie rock band that formed in 2002. The band signaled a return to frontman Bamboo Manalac,
after leaving the legendary alt rock band, Rivermaya, in 1998. The band were known for their powerful and emotional style of
indie rock, perfectly executed by the heartfelt vocals of Manalac. Unfortunately, the band split in 2011 for unknown reasons.
