"I make art to remind myself who I really am.
We're conditioned to think there's a way we're supposed to be, or a person we're supposed to be like, so most people are afraid to really be themselves.
Art makes me fearless. I love tapping into that realm of imagination and bringing my creations to life.
When we step outside of what we're told and we look around at what's actually going on, we can set ourselves free. I'm absolutely free when I'm making
art. I only care about how I experience my exhibit. I don't care who else sees it or how anybody else feels about it. It's not about anybody else."
