DJ Hasebe is a well known Japanese hip hop artist, who has been active since 1996. He first became recognized in the Japanese
mainstream as a member of the popular late 90's/early 2000's R&B/pop trio Sugar Soul, and has since worked with the likes of
Mos Def, Doug E. Fresh, Zeebra and Mummy-D.
