Since 2005, legendary producer Danger Mouse has been composing a Spaghetti Western album aptly named "Rome" with composer Daniele Luppi. Joining the duo isThe White Stripes frontman Jack white and Grammy award winning singer, Norah Jones. Inspired out of Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi's love for vintage Italian soundtracks of the 60's and 70's, they enlisted the help of Italian musicians, many of whom had worked with Ennio Morricone, the legendary composer who worked on such classic films as "A Fistful of Dollars," "For a Few Dollars More," and "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly." Supposedly, the duo even combed the Italian countryside together in search of recording equipment that the Spaghetti Western composers would have used in order to make the album as authentic as possible.
