Datura Curse

Datura Curse, from Sydney, Australia, started out as many bands do. Two guys in a basement with their guitars, their amps and their mutual love of heavy metal. The determination of the band to impact on the local and global metal scene led to the release of their debut EP, Reason(s), on June 11th 2011. The raw and captivating artwork is courtesy of Seth Siro Anton (Soilwork). Reason(s) showcases the unique meld of modern melodic metal with the classic Gothenburg sound that has become signature Datura Curse. Since its release, Reason(s) has served to cement Datura Curse at the forefront of Australian metal. Reason(s) has been supported by an extensive Australian tour including dates in; Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Newcastle and Sydney.
